     All of us know that Vodkakid uses posters, graphics &  information in a way that complies with most fair-use provisions of copyright and intellectual property legislation, but that’s up to the courts. Since Vodkakid does not serve warez nor cracked applications from his servers (he merely links to where the warez can be found) he is arguably not directly facilitating copyright infringement.

     If you are a good developer and have released a quality software or application and you still don’t understand the purpose of Vodkakid, you might be tempted to go ape-shit insane on me and make me remove everything by threatening to send lawyers after me. This is not how to handle the situation. Again, Vodkakid does not provide the cracked softwares, he links to the websites that do.
